The Board of Trustees hereby announces a special meeting for the membership of The Houston Professional Musicians Association, Local 65-699, AFM, to discuss the eminent domain acquisition of the property located at 609 Chenevert, Houston, Texas 77003, by the City of Houston.  The Board of Trustees must have the approval of the membership in order to proceed forward with legal authority to sell and convey such real estate.   A ballot will be forth coming for you to approve this authority.

Sec. 5. Board of Trustees.   The President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer of this Association and their successors in office shall constitute the Board of Trustees to hold legal title to any real estate acquired for this Association, and to sell and convey such real estate as may be directed or approved by vote of the membership of this Association.
