Rhumer Mora — born in Maracay (Aragua State, Venezuela).
Studied music at the Federico Villena Conservatory
He traveled to Spain where he studied at Arousa’s (Galicia) School of Music for nearly seven years.
While in Spain, He participated as head of the percussion section in Festival La Mar de Músicas.
Other bands he has played with are:
Big Band Vilagarcía,
Israel,
Millennium,
Philadelphia,
Casa Blanca,
Ledicia,
La Chattanooga Big Band,
Wilmer Lozano,
Calixto Oviedo,
Venezuela.com,
Chacón y su Son,
Bloque 53 y la SonoraExpress orchestra’s first album

This young percussionist has brought a variety of professional services to
Various media groups, recording studios, workshops, instructional clinics,
Meetings and exchanges of different genres (rock, pop, jazz, Latin, salsa, including Venezuelen folk).

He is the director of Tambores Cumaco — a group of unique Afro-Caribbean music of Venezuelan coast musical characteristics
Rhumar Mora currently resides in Houston, Texas with his family and is a current participant in the Salsa y Salud events throughout the city.

It’s Official!!!

After several interviews, tests and paper work, starting this fall 2014,  Luigi Lazareno has been appointed  as a new Faculty member of one of the most prestigious universities in Texas “SFASU” Stephen F. Austin State University in the Music Technology department.   What a real honor!!!!
